🌲〰️🌲 Slacklining
Balance, Focus & Determination
Slacklining sessions at Frylands Wood take place in front of the tunnels system and offer a fun challenge that tests balance, coordination and concentration.
Often described as a mix between a trampoline and a tightrope, participants work to build their confidence and progress towards crossing the slackline independently without support from others.
It’s a rewarding activity that encourages persistence, focus and plenty of laughter along the way.

A Fun Physical Challenge
Slacklining helps participants develop:
- Balance and coordination
- Confidence and resilience
- Focus and concentration
- Determination through practice and progression
The activity is suitable for a wide range of groups and abilities, with participants able to progress at their own pace.
