Big Suits, Big Laughs
Sumo Suit sessions at Frylands Wood are packed with fun, laughter and friendly competition.
Sessions usually take place on the activity field, near the tunnels system or close to the pond area.
Participants suit up in oversized padded sumo suits before facing off in a challenge to push, balance and outmanoeuvre their opponent.
The aim is simple – either force your opponent out of the ring or grab the tag from their waistband before they get yours!
A Fun Physical Challenge
Sumo Suits encourages participants to:
- Build confidence and coordination
- Improve balance and movement skills
- Enjoy friendly competition
- Stay active and engaged outdoors
It’s a fantastic activity for parties, youth groups and team-building sessions.
Self-Led Activity
Sumo Suits is run as a self-led activity, allowing groups to supervise and manage the session themselves.
Before starting the activity, group leaders must:
- Read, understand and sign the relevant Conditions of Use documentation
- Ensure participants are supervised appropriately
- Manage participant behaviour throughout the session

- Minimum age: 6+
- Recommended age: 8+
