 s Instructor Plus course is designed for instructors who aim to develop ar
 chers beyond the introductory level. This course focuses on enhancing part
 icipants' skills and knowledge\, enabling them to coach archers who have a
 lready experienced a taster or have-a-go session. The course covers advanc
 ed shooting techniques\, including the use of sights\, safety management\,
  session planning\, and equipment maintenance\, with a particular emphasis
  on shooting at distances up to 20m. The course will also enable instructo
 rs to work with new archers over six sessions to enable greater developmen
 t.\nCourse includes:\n\n 	Developing an archer's shooting form over greate
 r distances (up to 20m) and with the use of a bow sight\n 	Designing and d
 elivering engaging and varied archery sessions (up to six sessions per arc
 her)\n 	Developing comprehensive understanding and implementation of safet
 y protocols\n 	Kit maintenance and basic repair of recurve bows and relate
 d equipment\n 	Providing continuous assessment and constructive feedback t
 o support archers' progression\n
